Coca-Cola has sued Aldi for infringing upon its "Simply" juice bottle design. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Coke says that Aldi, and juice manufacturer Johanna, has copied Coke's design for use in the Aldi "Nature's Nectar" line. 

Starting Wednesday, Aldi has a nice selection of kitchen appliances on sale, including a decent pressure cooker for $29 (last year it was $39), a nice tabletop griller for $22, and a 7-quart slow cooker for $20.  Some nice little kitchen scales too for $10. Details here.
